Arrive 75 minutes prior to your treatment time to make use of the Thermal Suite and outdoor spa deck.
Facilities cannot be used after your treatment.

The back is deeply cleansed, body brushed and exfoliated to help stimulate circulation and cell renewal. A calming aromatherapy massage and application of Marine Mud mask will ease tension and soothe the skin whilst the lower legs & feet are massaged. *Hot stones are optional but can be used to warm areas of tension.
*Please bring suitable footwear i.e. Flip Flops, to wear throughout your visit.
