This massage focuses on the back, neck and shoulders & scalp; the most common areas where everyday tension is held. Each massage is customised to your needs with pressure adapted to your own desire.

The seaweed based oil contains lemongrass, lavender and juniper berry which will ease and soothe muscles leaving you tension free. Incorporates an Ishga scalp ritual to complete the experience.

Please bring suitable swimwear & footwear ie Flip Flops, to wear throughout your visit.
