This bespoke powerful massage will concentrate on two body areas of your choice. Our highly trained ishga therapists will work in a more remedial form allowing them to use more pressure and focused techniques. This massage is specifically targeted for people suffering with chronic tension and sports related injuries. Ishga’s specially formulated muscle recovery oil is used with long, slow and firming strokes along with myo-facial release.

Guests are asked to arrive 75 minutes prior to their treatment time to enjoy full use of our Thermal Suite and outdoor spa deck.

Please note that thermal facilities are not available after your treatment; however, you are very welcome to relax in our spa lounge, which features a champagne and cocktail bar along with outdoor seating and a fire-pit area.

We kindly ask guests to bring appropriate swimwear and suitable footwear, such as flip-flops, to wear throughout their visit.
